By using this website and placing an order with Press Ready Designs, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for all information submitted with your order

  • You confirm you have the legal right to reproduce any artwork you upload

  • You understand that printed output may vary slightly from digital previews

  •  You understand that we do not fix artwork we print as received
  • due to color variations what you see on the screen may not be a complete match for your prints 
  • We are not responsible for color variations from screen to print
  • You understand that production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • You agree that Press Ready Designs is not liable for customer-submitted artwork errors or application errors after delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

  • Refuse artwork that may violate copyright, trademark, or other laws

  • Update our policies at any time without prior notice

 

Order Changes / Cancellations Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

We may be able to accommodate changes if production has not started. This includes:

  • Address corrections

  • Quantity updates

  • File replacement

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

To request a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Artwork / File Requirements Policy

Artwork & File Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork.

By uploading artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design, or have permission to use it

  • The file is properly sized and formatted for printing

  • The artwork is free of spelling, alignment, and transparency errors

Press Ready Designs does not automatically edit, clean up, resize, or proof customer files unless that service is specifically offered.

For best results:

  • Submit high-resolution files

  • Use transparent backgrounds when needed

  • Ensure artwork is sized correctly before upload

  • Convert colors and details with print output in mind

We are not responsible for poor print results caused by low-quality or improperly prepared files.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or not suitable for production.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has shipped, Press Ready Designs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include production time.

Turnaround Time Policy

Production & Turnaround Time

Our standard production time begins once:

  • Payment is received

  • Artwork is successfully uploaded

  • Files meet print-ready requirements

Standard turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, holidays, equipment issues, or carrier delays.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Custom gang sheet and transfer orders typically ship within X–Y business days

  • Premade gang sheet orders typically ship within X–Y business days

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Rush turnaround is not guaranteed unless specifically offered and purchased.
