Our 6-Piece Minimum

Custom shirt and DTF transfer orders require a minimum of 6 pieces.

Requests for fewer than 6 pieces cannot be accepted.

Our minimum helps us provide consistent production, artwork review, packaging, and shipping while still offering a practical option for smaller businesses and groups.

Quantity ranges

  • 1–5 pieces: Below minimum
  • 6–11 pieces: Small custom order
  • 12–24 pieces: Standard order
  • 25–49 pieces: Medium-volume order
  • 50–99 pieces: Large order
  • 100 or more pieces: High-volume order

Pricing generally improves as the order quantity increases.

How the Quote Process Works

Upload your logo, design, reference image, or inspiration directly through the form.

A member of our team will review the quantity, artwork, product needs, shipping destination, deadline, and overall project scope.

7. We Contact You

Finished Custom Shirt Orders

Press Ready Designs supplies the garments used for finished custom shirt orders.

We do not print or press designs onto shirts, apparel, or other items supplied by the customer.

Supplying the garments allows us to better manage:

Custom DTF Transfer Orders

Custom DTF transfers are designed for customers who already have garments and pressing equipment.

You provide the artwork, quantity, approximate transfer dimensions, and project details. We will review the file before confirming whether it is ready for production.

Transfer requests may include:

  • Business logos
  • Full-color designs
  • Left-chest transfers
  • Adult front designs
  • Adult back designs
  • Youth transfers
  • Multiple transfer sizes
  • Repeat orders
  • Custom gang sheets

The quote form may ask for:

  • Total transfer quantity
  • Number of designs

  • Approximate transfer width and height
  • Artwork upload

Artwork must be reviewed before production is approved.

Artwork and Design Services

Upload the best version of your artwork that you have available.

Preferred formats include:

Screenshots, photographs, and low-resolution images may not be ready for printing.

If your artwork needs cleanup, recreation, background removal, resizing, or other preparation, additional artwork fees may apply.

You must have permission to use all logos, trademarks, names, graphics, photographs, and artwork submitted with your request.

Press Ready Designs may decline artwork that cannot be reproduced properly or that we are not authorized to produce.

Shipping Options

Press Ready Designs is a shipping-only business.

Local pickup is not available.

When completing the quote questionnaire, choose one of the following:

Ship the Complete Order to Me

The entire completed order will be shipped to the address provided by the person placing the order.

White-Label Ship the Complete Order Directly to My Customer

The entire completed order will be shipped directly to your customer as one complete shipment.

White-label shipping is intended for:

  • Apparel sellers

  • Businesses fulfilling orders for their own clients

When white-label shipping is selected:

  • The complete order ships to one address
  • Press Ready Designs promotional materials are not included
  • Neutral packaging is used when possible
  • Tracking is sent to the person who placed the order
  • The person placing the order remains our customer and point of contact

We do not divide small orders into multiple individual shipments.

Shipping ZIP Code

The quote form requires the ZIP code where the complete order will be shipped.

The shipping ZIP code helps us review:

  • Estimated shipping costs
  • Carrier options
  • Delivery timing
  • Packaging requirements
  • Whether the requested deadline appears reasonable

The full shipping address may be collected after the quote is approved.

Can I upload my logo?

Yes. The questionnaire includes an artwork-upload section for logos, designs, and reference images.

What if my logo is not print-ready?

You may still submit it. Artwork cleanup, recreation, background removal, or other design preparation may require an additional fee.

Do you ship?

Yes. Press Ready Designs is shipping only.

Is local pickup available?

No. Local pickup is not available.

Can you ship directly to my customer?

Yes. Select the white-label shipping option. The entire order will be shipped as one complete shipment to one address.

Will your branding be included in a white-label shipment?

Press Ready Designs promotional materials will not be included. Neutral packaging will be used when possible.

Can you split an order between several addresses?

No. This service is designed for one complete order shipped to one address.
